Honeywell Sundyne’s Aftermarket Team Improves Service & Reduces Lead Times

The Best Way to Ensure Optimum Performance is to use Genuine OEM Parts. 

In an ongoing effort to improve our customer experience, Sundyne has implemented the following improvements:

  • We are now able to meet less than 2-week lead on standard wet end materials including impellers and inducers. We are currently in the process of achieving similar lead times for diffusers and cover plates in the next few months.
  • We are investing in Gearbox Inventory, to shorten lead times on 33X Gearbox Exchanges to less than 3 weeks with plans in place to have similar lead times for 34X Gearbox Exchanges by end of Q3.

  • We are now able to meet less than 2-week lead time on standard 31X and 32X Gearbox Exchanges.

  • We are driving more focus on customer service support, including improved responsiveness to pump down requests and expedites.
