Over the decades, Sundyne Centrifugal Compressors and Positive Displacement Compressors have been successfully applied over a wide range of Hydrogen applications. As the world transitions to green energy sources, Sundyne is taking an active role in sharing our experiences and expertise with customers, channel partners and colleagues throughout the industry. To this end, Sundyne is actively participating in several H2 Associations - such as the California Hydrogen Business Council (CHBC), the International Compressed Air & Allied Machinery Committee (ICAAMC) and the France Hydrogène Association.

PPI Diaphragm Compressors
are specifically designed to address the challenges associated with compressing H2 from low pressure levels (such as electrolyzer outlet pressure) to over 1,000 bar with the highest levels of purity needed for today’s mobility applications.

Integrally Geared Centrifugal Compressors
are widely used to recirculate hydrogen across numerous applications. They’re also used to process hydrogen (and CO2) for the production of green e-Methanol.

Sundyne’s ETFE-lined ANSIMAG pumps or HMD Kontro metallic pumps
are widely used to pump water and chemicals for pH control into electrolyzers. Sundyne’s sealless pumps feature a compact footprint (with no seals or seal support systems), which is important to accommodate space constraints on electrolyzer skids. Sealless pumps also eliminate the potential for leaks, and they are easier to install, operate and maintain.
